It has been brought to our attention regarding confusion concerning the association of our product, Breeder Alert Foaling Monitor, with "another" halter foaling system.

Allsman Enterprises developed and began supplying Breeder Alert (the original halter foaling monitor), in 1979. We became aware one of our Dealers copied our old System in the late 1990's. In 1999 we discovered they were not only using our name but also our registered trademarks. This "other" company states they have been in the business since 1987 (perhaps in other unrelated markets), but they were selling our system Breeder Alert, until 1993.

Hopefully this will clear up the confusion and address their claims. We always thought it was best to concentrate on continuing to provide a great product/service and not pursue legal action against this copy cat company. In light of their claims we felt it is now necessary to set the record straight.

Our goal has and will continue to be, to provide an excellent foaling aid and maintain our high standard of business ethics.
